At NelaShakti Naturals, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our food and natural wellness products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product is expired or defective.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the package (if damaged)
Refunds
After reviewing your request, if it is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds or returns for:
• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
• Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
